As part of his doctoral thesis, he dealt in depth with integrated management systems and thus acquired extensive theoretical knowledge.

He has been working as a consultant and trainer on this topic for many years.

Our Approach

The success of necessary changes in a company depends not only on whether concepts are methodologically/economically correct, but in particular on whether and how they can be implemented together with the workforce.

Our concept of empathic transformation significantly increases the probability that necessary changes in the company will be accepted and supported by a critical mass of the workforce.

In contrast to classical consulting methods, we prefer direct contact (face-to-face) with those affected by a change in order to achieve trust, understanding, acceptance and support. We assess this approach as absolutely critical for the success of a change.

Core competencies

One of our core competencies is the integration of existing management systems. We always look at the integration from the perspective of the performance of the entire organization.

Our expertise lies in both conceptual and methodological competence as well as in implementation competence. It is based on many years of practical experience in responsible management positions.
